Who is this program for?
This program is designed for EHS professionals in leadership roles, including managers, directors, heads of safety, and senior practitioners who are ready to step up their strategic influence and impact.
Is my place really complimentary?
Yes. Places in this inaugural cohort are complimentary. There is no cost to participants. Places are limited and allocated through a short application process to ensure all participants are set up for success.
What is the time commitment?
Two full virtual days (May 19-20), plus one Tuesday session per week from May 26 to July 14. Add 3 x 45-minute coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience. You should also expect to invest time in your Business Impact Project between sessions.
Why do you ask for employer support?
This isn't a self-paced online course. It's a high-commitment live program designed to create real change in your organisation. Employer buy-in means you can attend sessions without conflict, apply your learning in real-time, and make the most of your Business Impact Project.
What is the Business Impact Project?
It's a one-page, exec-ready strategic initiative that you develop throughout the program and deliver at the end. Supported by your 1:1 coaching sessions, it's designed to be something you can take straight to your leadership team.
What credentials will I receive?
